Overview

• We support class actions by gathering evidence to prove corporate fraud and scienter allegations per PSLRA (Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995).
• Our researchers and investigators possess the ability to work with witnesses and allow them to participate at their own level of comfort. We don't use high handed techniques, but sincerely answer any concerns that witnesses might have. We have decades of experience helping witnesses with issues such as employee confidentiality agreements. By honestly confronting issues, witnesses learn that they are protected and that they can securely share their story with us. Given the level of detail required by PSLRA, there really is no alternative than to work closely with witnesses to uncover the truth for the benefit of shareholders.

Principal

• Dave Dees is our Chief Class Action Specialist. He has over 25 years senior executive experience working inside some of the largest corporations in the world. He has an MBA and a BS in Computer Science. His in-depth financial, operational, and technical knowledge of corporations has been a deciding factor in 100+ class actions that have resulted in billions of dollars in settlements to stockholders.

Resources

• We have in-house technical experts that have developed our own proprietary research system.
• We also have purchased access to a variety of databases and web resources that allow us to quickly and thoroughly find and locate witnesses who can help us.
• Our computer network is secure and meets the standards for protection of confidential information utilizing encryption and NTFS operating systems.
